What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store your name, phone number, the event details you share and how you found us (for example Google or Instagram). We use this only to reply, quote and manage your booking.
Who sees it
Your details are stored in the MyShoot booking system and seen by our team. Your photographer receives your name and number 24 hours before the event. We do not sell your data.
Photos
We may show a small number of photos from your event in our portfolio. Tell us if you would rather we didn’t, and we won’t.
Bookings and cancellations
Event bookings are confirmed with a 30% advance. Cancel 7 or more days before for a full refund of the advance, 3–7 days before for 50%, and under 72 hours there is no refund. One free reschedule is allowed up to 72 hours before. Wedding, business and drone show bookings follow the terms in your quotation.
