Engagement photography questions

Is the engagement included in your wedding packages?

Wedding packages cover 2–3 events, so the engagement can be one of them. If you only need the engagement, book it here as an event.

Do you shoot a pre-engagement couple session?

Yes. Add an extra hour, or see MyShoot Pre-Wedding for a full outdoor shoot.

How do I confirm a booking?

Pick a package or hours on the booking site and pay a 30% advance by UPI. You get a booking number straight away. The balance is paid on the event day after the shoot.

When will I get my photos?

Edited photos arrive in an online gallery within 72 hours, after a MyShoot quality check. Need them sooner? Add Express delivery for 24 hours.

What if the photographer can’t make it?

MyShoot assigns another verified photographer at no extra cost. That is our replacement guarantee.

Do I deal with the photographer directly?

Your photographer’s name and number are shared 24 hours before the event. All changes and payments go through MyShoot, so there is always someone accountable.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel 7 or more days before for a full refund of the advance, 3–7 days before for 50%, and under 72 hours there is no refund. You can reschedule once for free up to 72 hours before.
